  • Customer Data: When you use our Apps, we may process data about your store’s customers, including:
    • Email addresses of customers who abandon carts (for Chated Cart Email Recovery).
    • Email addresses collected via popups (for Chated Email Popup).
    • Transaction-related data necessary to send recovery emails (e.g., cart contents).
  • Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with our Apps, such as:
    • Configuration settings you apply (e.g., email customization options).
    • App usage statistics (e.g., frequency of email sends).
  • Technical Data: We may collect device and connection information, such as IP addresses, browser type, or log data, to ensure the Apps function properly.

We do not collect sensitive payment information (e.g., credit card numbers) from your customers, as payment processing is handled entirely by Shopify.
